Tap & Bloom is a digital service that lets you create and share meaningful memories. You can upload photos, a video, and a message, then send it as a digital experience through a unique link.

An Instant Memory Reveal is Tap & Bloom’s digital product. It allows you to create a memory experience online and send it to someone through a reveal link.

You can currently upload:

• Photos (JPG, PNG, or WEBP)
• One video (MP4 only)

Each memory can include up to 3 items in total, with a maximum of 1 video.

Each file must be 25 MB or smaller. Files outside these limits may not upload successfully.

Instant Memory Reveals currently cost £0.99 each, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Your memory is delivered by email as a reveal link.

Delivery is complete once the memory has been created and the link has been generated and sent using the details you provided.

No. The recipient can open and view the memory using the link.

Yes. The link can be opened multiple times while the memory is still available.

Yes. Anyone with access to the link may be able to view the memory, so we recommend sharing it carefully.

You can edit your memory before completing checkout. After purchase, editing is not guaranteed.

You can delete or abandon a draft before purchase. After purchase, deletion depends on available account features and retention rules.

Unpurchased drafts are typically stored for up to 1 day.

Purchased memories are usually available for around 6 months.

Once the availability period ends, the memory may no longer be accessible and may be deleted.

Your memory is not publicly searchable, but access is controlled by the link. Anyone with the link may be able to view it.

You are responsible for entering the correct details. If the wrong person receives the link, we may not be able to reverse access.
